With Christmas nearly here we just wanted to confirm arrangements over the festive season. Please note our Christmas opening times commence from Friday 22nd December and are as follows;

Important information for tenants
As you are probably aware most contractors do not work over this period and if they do there are substantial call out charges. I would therefore ask that any maintenance issues are reported to us as soon as possible if you would like them resolved before Christmas.
We do have a list of emergency contractors who can attend but please be aware that merchants (suppliers) are closed so issues may not be immediately resolved. Please also only contact us in an emergency such as a leak or boiler issues. Broken appliances and other maintenance issues while inconvenient are not emergencies and are not going to be easily fixable. Please report these via the maintenance reporting link on our website and we will do our best to fix them as soon as is possible.
If you are going away we request that you leave your heating on a low setting to ensure the pipes do not freeze if the weather gets too cold. This is one of the biggest causes of boilers breaking down during the winter so it is in your best interest to do this.
Please familiarise yourself with the location of the stop cock in your property which should be stated in your ingoing inventory. In the event of a leak please turn off the stop cock and call us immediately.
If you lose your keys over the festive season please note that it is unlikely we will be able to help with access so you will need to call emergency locksmiths and cover any charges.
For Emergency call outs please in the first instance call the office on 01273 090970 and option 2 and leave a voicemail, this will be sent to all staff members. Please appreciate that we will also be enjoying our Christmas but will get to any issues as quickly as possible.
