We are open 6 days a week and will always try to be as accommodating as possible with regard to viewings, valuations etc. For lettings we offer a range of services from fully managed where we will take control of the entire tenancy including any maintenance right through to a simple tenant introduction. Being a smaller independent agent we are also happy to tailor our services to the individual needs of our clients. The scheme are authorised by the Department for Communities and Local Government to offer redress to Lettings and Property Management Agents and the National Trading Standards Estate Agency Team (formally the OFT) to offer redress to Estate Agents.
